2) Eligibility

3) Accounts & Security

• One account per individual. Multi-accounting, shared accounts, bots, auto-clickers, or VPN/proxy abuse are prohibited.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4) Purchases, Memberships & Billing

• We sell digital items and services such as advertising credits and memberships (e.g., Pro).
• Taxes and processor fees (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) may apply.
• Subscriptions (if any) renew until canceled. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account; cancellation does not retroactively refund past charges.

5) Surfing Rules & Earnings

• You must view ads as instructed (e.g., required duration, in-view, no automation). Incentivized or fake traffic is not allowed.
• Earnings rates, availability of ads, and qualification criteria may change at any time. Earnings are not guaranteed and may be voided for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• We may audit, reverse, or withhold earnings we reasonably suspect are invalid.

6) Advertiser Requirements

• You are responsible for your ad content, target URLs, and compliance with all laws.
• Prohibited content includes (without limitation): malware, adult/explicit, hate/violence, illegal products, scams, and deceptive claims.
• We may reject, remove, or pause ads at our discretion without refund.

7) Payouts & Balances

• Minimums, methods, fees, and timing may vary and can change at any time.
• We may require identity or fraud checks before payment. Accounts under investigation are not eligible for payout.
• Inactive, suspended, or fraudulent accounts may forfeit balances.

8) Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials on it are owned by PTCPros.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute materials without permission.

9) Acceptable Use

• No interference with the Site’s operation or security; no scraping or reverse engineering.
• No posting or linking to unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

10) Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No earnings are promised or guaranteed.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTCPros.com and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PTCPros.com from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your ads/content, or your violation of these Terms.

14) Governing Law & Disputes
